Media Excel boss, Ernest Kwesi Ennin, has lambasted the CEO of Amen Scientific Herbal Hospital, Dr Sheikh Amin Bonsu for saying no business-minded man is a fan of music.
Dr Sheikh Amin Bonsu, in a recent interview, said music was a waste of time and resources, especially meant for people with nothing better to do with their lives.
He noted that men who spend time in entertainment, specifically, music, are not business-minded.
“I don’t have time to listen to music because I am a very busy man. It takes hard work to be successful in business, not music. No business-minded man is a fan of music”, he said to SVTV.

Reacting to this on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Kwesi Ernest who manages gospel musician, SP Kofi Sarpong has urged the renowned doctor to render a qualified apology to musicians in the country.
According to him, it is difficult for him to understand why a man with such great calibre would disrespect musicians across the country when he uses their songs to run adverts for his hospital.

Kwesi said the Amen Scientific boss may be “illiterate” who doesn’t know the impact of the words he used hence must come out to apologize.
“That person is a joker because music is a central thing. He advertises his program on TV with music. Is he saying the people whose songs he uses are not serious”, he queried.

“It’s pathetic… he doesn’t know what he is talking about. That is why I am saying he is an illiterate. Sitting in 4×4 doesn’t make you a wise person. I want him to come out and retract. Let us go into archives and find out all the songs he has used…” Kwesi said.
