Kofi Adams says the failed attempt by the government to meet its target is an indication of the inability of the Economic management team, led by the Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to manage the economy adequately.

Meanwhile, Dr. Bawumia is highly optimistic Ghanaians will feel real transformation in their lives from this year as government rolls out a number of programmes to boost the economy.
