Asante Kotoko has confirmed the signing of highly rated winger Philip Amoh ahead of the upcoming football season.
The 23-year-old joins the Porcupine Warriors on a three-year deal from Division One League side New Edubiase United.
Speaking to the club’s official website, Amoh expressed confidence in his readiness for top-flight football.
“I’ve earned this move. I know what I bring on the pitch, and I believe I’m ready for this level,” he said.
“This is a big club and the platform here is massive, but I’m not here just to be part of the squad. I’m here to make an impact.”
“I believe in my ability, and I’m coming in to deliver.”
Amoh, a former Pacific Heroes winger, made over 80 appearances in the Division One League and was one of the standout performers last season, contributing six goals and 11 assists.
He is known for his direct playing style, pace, close control, and ability to deliver in the final third—qualities that offer Kotoko a different attacking option on the left flank.
His arrival is expected to add depth and dynamism to Kotoko’s frontline as the club builds towards a more competitive campaign.
