CCTV footage has captured the moment suspected armed robbers attacked and shot a 40-year-old gold buyer, Seth Kobina, at Agona Fie near Agona Nkwanta in the Western Region.
The incident occurred on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at about 8:00 p.m., when the armed men reportedly stormed the victim’s gold-buying shop.
The assailants allegedly shot Seth Kobina in the chest before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of money.
He was rushed to the Agona Nkwanta Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
The CCTV footage reportedly captured moments surrounding the attack and has since become a key part of the Police investigation.
The Western Regional Police Command has arrested five suspects in connection with the robbery and killing.
