Organisers of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) have announced “A Touch of Glitter” as the official red carpet theme for the 27th edition of the awards.
The theme sets the tone for what is expected to be a stylish and vibrant celebration of music, culture, and fashion, with the red carpet remaining one of the most anticipated highlights of the night.
According to organisers, this year’s concept encourages guests to embrace elegance through subtle shimmer, incorporating refined sparkle into their outfits using fabrics, embellishments, or accessories.
They emphasised that the focus is not on excess but on sophistication, allowing attendees to express individuality while maintaining a polished and cohesive look.
The red carpet event is scheduled for May 9, 2026, at 7:06pm, ahead of the main awards ceremony.
