Over 300 persons living with disabilities (PWDs) and elderly residents in the Birim North District have received Christmas packages to help them celebrate the festive season.
The beneficiaries were presented with a crate of eggs, five kilograms of rice, and cooking oil, courtesy of the Ntiamoah Foundation.
The initiative is aimed at easing the burden on the aged and PWDs during the Christmas period.

Speaking to Williams Sarpong, the foundation’s project coordinator, he explained that the gesture is intended to bring smiles to those who may struggle to afford basic necessities. He also revealed plans for the foundation to provide meals for 300 homeless people in Accra.

Beneficiaries expressed their heartfelt gratitude, noting that the gifts of rice, oil, and eggs would allow them to celebrate Christmas with joy and dignity.
