Chief Executive Officer of Bibiani GoldStars, Kwesi Adu, has expressed confidence in the club’s readiness to make a strong impression in their debut appearance in the CAF Champions League.

GoldStars secured a historic qualification to the continental tournament after clinching the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League title with 63 points.

Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ultimate Sports Show, Mr. Adu assured fans and stakeholders that the club is committed to strengthening the squad ahead of their African campaign.

“Bibiani GoldStars is being supported by a mining company, and we will go to Africa. Individuals have been able to spend on clubs at the African stage, so we will go to Africa,” he said.

“We will improve the team and make sure we leave a mark in Africa,” he added.

As part of their preparations, the club is considering either the Accra Sports Stadium or the Baba Yara Stadium as their home venue for CAF Champions League matches.
