A Youngman who is yet to be identified is in the grips of the police for attempting to pickpocket at the ongoing National Democratic Congress’ delegates congress.
The boy is alleged to have attempted to pick a delegate’s GHC 80 when the counting of results was ongoing but luck eluded him in the process.
The delegate he was allegedly attempting to sensed his criminal move and turned, forcing him to drop the money which he had already succeeded in removing anyway.
The then drew the attention of the police who quickly arrested and whisked the suspect away.
