The 2025/26 Ghana Premier League comes to a close this weekend with decisive final-round fixtures scheduled at various stadia across the country.
Medeama SC have already sealed the title after a commanding 5-2 victory over Heart of Lions at the TNA Park last weekend, confirming their status as champions ahead of the final matchday.
All final fixtures will kick off simultaneously at 15:00 GMT on Sunday, with attention now shifting to battles for pride, continental qualification and survival at the bottom of the table.
At the Accra Sports Stadium, Hearts of Oak will entertain champions Medeama SC, while Asante Kotoko face Swedru All Blacks at the Baba Yara Stadium, with the visitors fighting to avoid relegation.
At the Wenchi Sports Stadium, Young Apostles—also battling relegation—take on FC Samartex, while Vision FC square off with Aduana FC at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex.
Karela United, playing at the Aliu Mahama Stadium, host relegation-threatened Nations FC, as Bibiani Gold Stars welcome already-relegated Eleven Wonders at Duns Park.
At the AAK II Park, Basake Holy Stars continue their fight for top-flight survival when they host Dreams FC.
The Golden City Park will stage a regional derby between Berekum Chelsea and Bechem United, while Heart of Lions’ scheduled home fixture against Hohoe United has been forfeited following Hohoe United’s withdrawal from the competition.
