African Giant, the recently launched album of Nigerian Musician Damini Ogulu, popularly called Burna Boy has been nominated for 2020 GRAMMY.
Adomonline.com checking out the released list on Grammy’s website saw the “Killem Dem” hitmaker been nominated at the “Best World Music Category” alongside four others including Angelique Kidjo’s Celia album.
The other musicians and albums that were nominated in the Best World Music Album category includes: Gece: Altin Gün, What Heat: Bokanté & Metropole Orkest Conducted By Jules Buckley, Fanm d’Ayiti: Nathalie Joachim With Spektral Quartet.
The nomination is for albums containing at least 51% playing time of new vocal or instrumental World Music recordings.
