A video of a fan running on the pitch during the match between the Black Stars of Ghana and South Africa at the Cape Coast Stadium has gone viral.

The young man invaded the pitch which led to a halt of the game for about a minute until he was apprehended by the security at the Cape Coast Stadium.

The match, which ended in a two goal victory for Ghana, was the nation’s first in the ongoing 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.
