Defeated National Democratic Congress (NDC) stalwart and former Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, Nana Oye Lithur says she did not expect to lose the just ended primary at Adentan.

Speaking few minutes after she lost the elections, the former Minister said though she did her best and run a very strong campaign, the delegates have spoken.

“I didn’t expect to lose. I am reflecting on my lose. I will say that I thank God. My team and I did a good job and we did our best but the delegates have spoken and democracy has won,” she told Joy News.
