Actress Selly Ghalley has said she is under no pressure to get pregnant.
According to her, she will definitely give birth when God decides to put a baby in her womb.
In an interview with Joy News’ MzGee, Ghalley who’s been married for three years to Cartel Big J, also known as Praye Tiatia, was reacting to questions on social media asking when she’ll be a mother.
The host of Premieres on Joy Prime channel on Multi TV said, “I get worried about the people who ask me to [be a mother]. I get worried about them because like I always say, when God decides to put a baby in my tummy, I’ll deliver.”
When asked whether she has decided to hold on giving birth in order to pursue her career, the Ghanaian representative for Big Brother Africa (The Chase) said; “I don’t think a married woman will deliberately want to give herself time.”
“I don’t know exactly what for, but I think that when it comes to childbirth, its God’s timing and it’s something that every couple looks forward to. It’s the greatest joy so when the time is right,” she added.
