Founder and leader of Glorious Word Ministry International, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, says more police officers will die in 2018 unless there are strong prayers to avert the situation.
According to the Man of God, if it were not for the prayers he delivered during the 31st December 2017 All Night Programme, the menace would have been much worse than currently experienced.
According to him, the recent happenings in the country including the killing of some police officers are a vindication of a prophecy he gave in the lead up to the year.
“I predicted the killing of officers and other prominent leaders in this country. But I remember when I came out to say it, some people started attacking me and calling me prophet of doom but I always say that the situation would have been worse if not for the prayers I delivered at the All Night session in 2017” he said on Accra-based Okay FM.

Rev. Owusu Bempah’s comments is in connection with the deadly Sunday dawn GUN gun attack and subsequent jailbreak at Kwabenya in the Greater Accra Region.
Gunmen, numbering about six, shot and killed a Monitoring Inspector, Insp. Emmanuel Ashilevi, who was on monitoring duty at the station before freeing seven of the inmates.
The seven escapees, a Nigerian and six Ghanaians are currently on the run.
The remand prisoners who broke jail have been identified as Dickson Ofori, Chubuzor Chubuzor, Edem Rockson, Emmanuel Kotey, Prince Osei, Kofi Darko and Atta Kwadwo.
The suspects are aged between 20 and 34 years old, police officials say.

Rev. Owusu Bempah indicated that although it is appointed for every man to die once, some deaths are not sanctioned by God and called on Ghanaians to pray for the police personnel.
“We need to pray for our police personnel. I am not happy about the development and that is why I always ask for prayers to curb such incidents” he added.
Ghanaians, he noted, will hear more rampant deaths of police officers and therefore called on Ghanaians to pray for the police personnel since their lives are in danger.

He has cautioned Ghanaians to desist from antagonizing him or face his wrath.
Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah has become known to many as the prophet of doom since some revelations he shared have come to pass in the country. In 2016 he predicted the winner of the December elections as well as some disasters in 2017.
His declaration and blessing of Nana Akufo-Addo as President of the country has led many to affiliate him with the incumbent NPP.
Recently, posters of Owusu Bempah vying for the National Chairmanship seat in the NPP has caused him to vent his spleen and curse individuals behind the act.
