The dress, without doubt, has sent her fans into a frenzy mode with many querying why the singer will step out in style making it evident that she has no underwear on.

Fantana, known to be a lover of bikinis, took it to a whole different level when she dropped hot photos, with one showing off her semi-covered backside and thick thighs.

Being the typical type to shut down critics, Fantana has two words for her Instagram caption: ‘Big Fant’, adding a love and fire emoji to depict her mood.

However, one of the celebrities who couldn’t conceal her astonishment was the Towel singer Feli Nuna. She immediately quizzed Fantana saying: Herh where’s your pant???????⚡️⚡️ but she had no reply.

Stunned, Hajia4real also commented: Woshhh?.

Ghanaian celebrities have always been tagged as people who enjoy living very lavish lives and wearing some very expensive clothes to befit their celebrities status in the country.

Contrary to claims some celebrities make about the clothes they wear being very expensive and designer clothing, Coded of 4×4 has revealed that he does not even know if the clothes he wears are original or fake.

The singer and rapper, who appeared on the latest episode of ‘Celebrity Ride With Zionfelix’ stated that when it comes to the clothes he wears, he does not consider whether it is fake or original, as he does not even know the difference between the two.

Coded added that he believes that he buys clothes and footwear that will suit a particular combination or dressing he wants to do and not the originality or fakeness of the particular cloth.

“…I don’t know what they call original or fake…for things I buy to wear on the body, I don’t look at them in that light… if a particular cloth will look good on me or better still it will go with my combination, that is why I look out for…” Coded stated.

When Zionfelix, the host of the show told Coded that based on the answer he gave above it means he usually wears fake clothing, the musician responded in the negative. Edem made the point that the way an individual rock his or her clothing is what matters and not the original or fake nature of it.

In a post on her instagram, she narrated how Tonto made her lose two million Naira and never looked out for her for the five years she was in exile in New York.
Adaslim said ‘’You never returned my car nor even paid back all the cash you borrowed from me nor my clothes, till date.’’

”I told God to take care of you that I will never raise the issue with the press cause,
” I didn’t want to destroy something I helped built. Hey sis, I have forgiven you, long since, but you know.”
‘’KARMA doesn’t forgive easily. They asked you your first film and you say it was produced by “a friend” thank God am not also tagged “a yahoo friend,” you even told Iffy Okeke that my name sounds familiar, for real?
‘’I quit because of the pains & loss you caused me (N2m loss in one film, you know the details) I went bankrupt, you never even looked out for me for the 5yrs I was in exile in New York.’’
However, Tonto took to her instagram to acknowledge that the movie producer helped her a lot but denied having her car or money.
She said, “Hi Adaslim, First how are you? Hope you are great, life and family?
I got your message and am here to tell you that you have been played. I have and will never talk about you negatively.
“You did a great deal of good for me and I always told people your movie was my first, Maybe sometimes I didn’t say it but that’s not to mean I hate you or don’t appreciate you.
‘’It’s clear you are bitter about something but Am sorry for the hurt you feel but note I never talked about you, I’m not that kinda girl and you know this…If I have anything to say I will say it to your face.’’
‘’You were a great person to me and you forgot you housed me too to the list of things you did for me.’’
“I can’t remember having your car in my possession nor owing you or having your clothes with me but if I truly do please big sis send me the bill. God has blessed me now and am super grateful.
”You were God sent to me 10years back and today I can only thank you for letting God use you on my journey.’’
“You ruined the chance of a Meet and greet when you made this a public thing but in all big sis have a blessed life. I LOVE YOU.”

Hot Audio: I didn’t over dress – Adisco Headmaster https://www.adomonline.com/hot-audio-didnt-dress-adisco-headmaster/ https://www.adomonline.com/hot-audio-didnt-dress-adisco-headmaster/#comments Fri, 30 Jun 2017 11:59:06 +0000 http://35.232.176.128/ghana-news/?p=259981 Headmaster of Adisadel College, William Kusi-Yeboah says his costume for the grand finale of the 2017 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) at the National Theatre Thursday was perfect for occasion.

“I saw some trolling on social media about my attire for the occasion but they don’t expect a whole headmaster like myself to be in T- Shirt for such a prestigious show and so I take every funny comment in good faith. For me I didn’t over dress at all” he said.

Prempeh College secured the bragging privilege as winners of the 2017 National Science & Maths Quiz after beating reigning champions Adisadel College and St. Thomas Aquinas Senior High School.

Mr Kusi-Yeboah represented his school in his outstanding ‘Zebra’ suit which has won the admiration of many.

The suit made him stand out very well with people mistaking him for a young Santaclausian while others loved his passion for the school.

At the end of the competition, Prempeh College obtained 53pts with St. Thomas Aquinas emerging 2nd with 51pvts, followed by Adisadel College with 31pts.

It was a tight competition as students from the three schools were engaged in a serious mind battle till the end of the final round.

This is Prempeh College’s fourth title, whereas Aquinas won in 2013 and Adisadel winning for the first time in 2016.

But speaking on Adom FM’s Morning Show “Dwaso Nsem” Friday Mr. William Kusi said he is also a proud old student of the school and could not have dressed ordinarily.

He believes he was only portraying the symbols and the identity of his Alma Mata.

“I thought my school was going for the cup but unfortunately we didn’t. It was indeed a high profile competition and don’t expect me to be ordinary, never.

“I bought my zebra tie from USA, North Carolina because I wanted to look different. My costume was just perfect for occasion. Honestly there is nothing wrong with y suit because you will never see it in any part of the world except in Adisco” he stressed.

PHOTOS: Fathers Day: Actress Tonto Dikeh dresses up as her “husband” https://www.adomonline.com/fathers-day-actress-tonto-dikeh-dresses-husband/ Sat, 17 Jun 2017 09:23:25 +0000 http://35.232.176.128/ghana-news/?p=189421 Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh dressed up as a man to attend her son, King Andre Churchill’s first father’s day celebration at school. Sharing photos and videos from the event, she wrote;
“Juicy man’s (Kingy) School father’s day celebration today.. I Showed Up For my Son.. #proudmother #Kingtonto #Amother’slove #Kingy #Champions #I am blessed #I am a woman, I am strong, I am black and I am proud of these”.

Feels to me like Tonto was trying to say she’s both mother and father to their son with that stunt. Her estranged husband Olakunle Churchill has now replied her, albeit subtle.

He wrote;
“It’s cruel and it’s unfair. You are lying to yourself because you seek comfort. Well comfort is overrated. You are lying to yourself because you are scared of the unknown.
But you must stop. To continue lying will eat away at your soul, causing you untold amounts of future pain. A lie is something that you make yourself believe in order to make life a little easier. A lie is a paradigm under which you operate to avoid pain. A lie will destroy you, inside and out. A lie is something you want to believe because to consider the opposite would hurt your ego. Sometimes the difference between a lie and the truth can be subtle. Sometimes your brain will try to “logically” trick you into believing a lie. I cannot give you a definitive guide on how to differentiate between the two; I am not you and I do not understand your specific circumstances, motivations, and desires. I can, however, give you some tips to guide you to make decisions that will serve you well. DM me for guidelines.

My dress was an illusion; I wore underpants to Ghana Music Honours – Stephanie Benson https://www.adomonline.com/dress-illusion-wore-underpants-ghana-music-honours-stephanie-benson/ Sat, 20 May 2017 10:01:34 +0000 http://35.232.176.128/ghana-news/?p=128501 Singer, Stephanie Benson insists she wore an under pant to the Ghana Music Honours awards event held in March this year where she presented an award.

There were photos on several social media platforms suggesting that the singer did not put on an under pant to the event and this got social media users talking with a cross section criticizing her for her fashion sense considering her age.

But speaking in an interview on Accra-based OKAY FM, Stephanie insists her dress was an illusion to capture the minds of patrons of the show and she achieved that.

“The dress was an illusion so you thought you were seeing something but you were not seeing anything. The dress was made for me and it was made of feathers and you know how expensive. The guy who did the dress made it for theater and that is what I used the dress for,” she said.

Asked on why she is trying to introduce an alien culture to Ghana, the singer indicated that “we need to learn, everybody has to learn. Some people are closet fashionistas whiles others are open. I am open and that is how I want it”.

It feels good to design for Samira Bawumia – Designer https://www.adomonline.com/feels-good-design-samira-bawumia-designer/ Wed, 15 Mar 2017 15:44:49 +0000 http://ghana-news.adomonline.com/new/?p=28831 Ghanaian millinery and clutch designer, Velma Owusu Bempah, has managed to rise above odds and grab some positive attention to her business in a fashion industry where attention is only given to cloth designers.

The UK-trained millinery and clutch designer is one of the country’s best. She is the designer behind the clutch used by Samira Bawumia to complete her beautiful outfit and headpiece during the ‘Ghana 60 years On’ parade on March 6.

She told NEWS-ONE in an exclusive interview over the weekend that it is a great opportunity for her to design for the vice president’s wife.

According to her, it always feels special when such high-profile personalities in the society approach her for business.

“It makes us feel special because before people of that nature come to you, they know, I mean they look out for you. So making a choice to come for you, then they know they are coming for a good quality stuff,” she said.

An unparalleled figure in Ghana’s fashion scene, Velma Owusu Bempah is a distinguished milliner and women’s clutch and jewellerry designer for over a decade.

She is unique and known for her effortless take on glamour.

The CEO of Velma’s Millinery & Accessories has built a thriving and successful business, operating from Sarah’s Fabrics building in the heart of Osu, Accra, where she offers her clients impeccable hats or fascinators and the best of accessories for women.

She is respected for her comprehensive style, exceptional taste and expertise accessible to her growing audience.

As a young Bsc Marketing graduate from the University of Ghana Business School in 2004, Velma was inspired by her mother, Sarah Crossland, to go after her passion to become one of the world’s celebrated bags, jewellery and millinery designers.

In 2005, she then enrolled at the Central St Martin’s School of Arts& Designs, an affiliate of London School of Arts, where she took courses in millinery, bag designing and communication.

Having completed, she returned to Ghana to establish what is now known as the Velma’s Millinery & Accessories in 2006.

She has so far endeared herself as a trusted curator of style and image to her many celebrity clients and high-profile personalities.

“Every Ghanaian or African woman deserves to stand out on their own and be unique…my thing is every woman that comes to me should stand out,” she said is the inspiration behind every work she does.

“I do a lot of sourcing; I mean putting raw materials together and all that. For just a piece, I need to do a whole lot of collections. When a client gets a clutch from me, I can’t do the same thing for another person,” the mother of two beautiful daughters added.

On top of her tall clients list are Anita Erskine, Sandra Ankobiah, Juliet Ibrahim, Shirley Frimpong- Manso, Joselyn Dumas, among others.

Aside designing a clutch for Samira Bawumia, she also has clients in South Africa, UK, Ivory Coast and other countries.

Velma collaborates with other respected fashion designers, including her sister Ophelia Crossland by designing millinery or fascinators, clutches or bags and jewelleries to complement their collections.

Her first clutch collection was called Ankara collection and then she followed with Royal collection, which were made of kente. She also did metallic and semi-precious stone collections. She most often designs clutch bags and she is unique at it in different shapes; be it box, oval or envelope shapes.

She will be releasing her latest collection at the 2017 edition of ‘Rythms On Da Runway’ fashion event.

“I don’t repeat clutches or bags. Unless someone stresses me to do something similar,” she revealed, adding her products are affordable, depending on what a client wants.

“Velma’s Millinery & Accessories is a shop that when you enter you can come for something. It is a shop that is not so expensive that one can’t afford. Everything in our shop is unique even if it’s the cheapest,” she stated.

With her vast expertise in designing, Velma remains an inspiration to a department of Ghana’s fashion industry that is yet to win more media attention.
