New Patriotic Party (NPP) General Secretary aspirant Sylvester Tetteh has concluded his campaign in the Adansi Asokwa Constituency in the Ashanti Region, appealing to party executives to support his bid in the upcoming national elections.

During his engagement, Mr Tetteh met party executives from six constituencies and outlined his plans for the party if elected General Secretary.

He pledged to work towards reclaiming 60 parliamentary seats for the NPP as part of efforts to restore the party’s majority in Parliament.

Mr Tetteh also criticised the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) over its management of the country, alleging that some government officials have links to the cocaine trade. He said an NPP government would take steps to address the issue.

He urged party executives in the Adansi Zone to vote for him, saying their support would be important to his bid to become the party’s next General Secretary.
