Family members and fans of Nsoromma contestant, Jemima Darkoa, lost their pulse when judge Akwaboah announced she had been evicted.
The evictee, Jemima couldn’t garner enough votes from her fans to sail through to the next phase of the competition.
Prior to her eviction, there were some electrifying performances from the contestants.
The performances reached a crescendo when some of the contestants dragged highlife veteran and judge, Amandzeba Nat Brew from his seat to join them in an opening performance.
Righteous Vandyke opened up the show with Bisa Kdei’s “Brother Brother” jam. Blessing Alovor didn’t disappoint her fans as she rocked singer Efya’s “one of your own song”. Daddy Lumba’s “Nea Wo Ho Beto Wo” (Yentie Obiaa) generated accolades for Zenobia Asiedu.
Gideon Nhyiraba Osei treated his fans with a solid performance of Kidi’s “Adiepena” song. Jemima Darkoa electrified the podium with Becca’s “Beshiwo” highlife song.
Kelvin Larbi took on Bisa Kdei’s “Mansa” leaving Ashely Chucks to rock the stage with Kuami Eugene’s “Angela” song.
As the show inches, every week to its ultimate, quality microphone control and vocal prowess are some of the techniques contestants are using to outdo one another.

The show continues to attract viewers from far and near to the Providence Events Centre where followers of various contestants come to share their favourite contestants.
The good news, however, is that you can prevent what happened to Jeffery and Kelvin from happening to your contestant by voting for them.
As it stands now, Zenobia Asiedu, Righteous Vandyke, Ashley Chuks, Kelvin Larbi, Blessing Alovor and Gideon Nhyiraba Oseely are those left in the competition and it remains to be seen who will be next on the eviction train.
