The governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) has set Sunday December 17, 2017 for its Extraordinary National Delegates’ Conference.
According to a communications from the acting General Secretary John Boadu, the event would be held Kumasi, the Ashanti Regional Capital to deliberate, consider and adopt a draft constitutional amendment for the party.
“In pursuance to Article 9(A)(5) of the NPP constitution, the National Chairman of the party serves notice that the party shall hold an extraordinary delegates conference on Sunday, December 17, 2017 in Kumasi, the Ashanti Regional Capital.
The agenda for the conference is to deliberate, consider and adopt a draft constitutional amendment for the party”, he revealed in a statement.
