The man, who took the amateur video of the last moments of late Lance Corporal Awal Mohammed at Gomoa Buduburam in the Central region, has broken his silence.
Visibly shaking, the young man said he decided to take the video as evidence to assist the police in its investigations.
The late Corporal Awal, who was with the Motor, Traffic and Transport Department was seen in the video fleeing the scene at the back of a motorbike to seek medical attention.
“When I was filming the incident, I was shaking because it was like a movie,” he told Joy News’ Maxwell Agbagba in an exclusive interview.
The young man said he was shocked when he heard the police officer had died because he looked very strong.
