Head coach of Dansoman-based premier league side, liberty Professionals, Michael Osei says preparations for the 2017/2018 league season is going extremely well.
He has therefore asked all the other clubs and football loving fans should brace themselves for surprises.
The German-trained manager took over the scientific soccer lads last season and struggled to keep them in the top flight after battling relegation but says was a stepping stone for upcoming season.

“We struggled to end the season on a good note but will pull a lot of surprises this year. Our preparations have been on the low but a lot is going on. I will work with the materials I have now even though some have left on a free transfer”, Coach Osei told Asempa Fm.
The former Asante Kotoko trainer admitted Liberty Professionals has struggled over the years to maintain its clout and pedigree in Ghana Football but has promised to make sure he lifts the club to that level again.

Asked if he thinks his former club and employers, Asante Kotoko can perform well in the CAF Confederations Cup this season, the former Ghanaian international responded in the positive but was quick to add that the Porcupine Warriors will have to do a lot and can take cue from the high profile games they have played so far.
Liberty Professionals will continue their preseason round of matches this afternoon when they play a friendly game in Swedru.
