A lecturer at the African University College of Communications Justice Siaw has stated the Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Agyapong should be arrested and prosecuted for his comments which most people believed led to late Ahmed Hussein Suale’s death.

Mr Agyapong who is now described as a “ person of interest”, used his television station NET2 to encourage violence against the investigator, offering to pay personally for such violence, disclosed deceased’s whereabouts and showed photographs of him during a live broadcast in 2018.

However, in 2019, Ahmed Suale who was a member of the Tiger Eye PI Investigative team was gunned down at Madina, in Accra, while on his way home which most people believe was a result of Mr Agyapong’s comments.

Speaking on Adom FM’s Dwaso Nsem Show on Monday, Mr Siaw said the legislator’s should be liable for prosecution.

“I don’t think Ken will hire someone to do such a job and I can even vouch for him in court if he is to be charged with such a crime but what he did is against the laws of the country. So he has to be arrested and prosecuted for aiding and abatement of crime” he said.

Mr Siaw stated any other Ghanaian would have face the law squarely and would not have been given this much freedom but it seems Ken is untouchable in the country.

“Nobody can talk about ken in this country, not even his own party members. Would any other person be granted this freedom to the extent of leaving the country? It is obvious NPP members and party associates have become first-class citizens in the country”.

Mr Siaw stated the investigations of Suale’s death must be extended to all possible areas.
