Deputy General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Obiri Boahen, must come clean on the death of former legislator for Abuakwa North constituency, Joseph Boakye Dankwa-Adu, prime suspect Daniel Asiedu, also known as Sexy Dondon, has said.

According to the suspect, Mr Boahen knows about the death of the late MP and should disclose it to the public.

The suspect made this demand on Thursday, 26 July 2018 during the trial at a district court presided over by Her Worship Ms Arit Nsemoh.

The magistrate and others have lamented the delay in dispensing with the case.

Mr Asiedu had told the court on Wednesday, 21 June 2018 that he was contracted by people within the governing NPP to kill the politician who was a member of the same party.

He claimed his “contractors” told him to indict certain persons in the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) instead of the NPP in the event of his arrest.

The late J.B Danquah-Adu was murdered at his Shiashie residence on 9 February 2016. The hitman gained access to the MP’s bedroom by climbing a ladder.

Look at all these twist of events in such a serious murder case like this.It blasts my mind into pieces wen we continue hearing Kennedy Agyapong that he has all the facts about this delicate matter but has covered it up till now? We are not safe as a nation to be guided by Ghanaian politicians
