Manchester City forward Antoine Semenyo has insisted his side are peaking at the right moment ahead of Sunday’s Premier League title decider against Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium, describing City’s recent form as their strongest of the season.

Speaking in the build-up to the high-stakes clash, Semenyo expressed confidence that City’s upward trajectory could prove decisive in a match that may shape the destination of the league crown.

“I feel like our form over the last couple of games has been good, and we are playing probably the best football we have played in the second half of the season,” he said.

“It’s a good time to play them. Where they’ve dipped in form, we’ve picked up form. It will be interesting.”

City head into the fixture chasing Arsenal at the top of the table, with both sides aware that victory could swing momentum dramatically in the title race.

“We are ready for the game [against Arsenal]. It is going to be a big one. They are still top of the table, and we are still chasing. We have to give them a bit of respect in that sense,” he added.

The encounter at the Etihad is widely expected to be one of the defining matches of the season, with Arsenal aiming to protect their lead while City look to close the gap in the final stretch of the campaign.

Kick off for the much-anticipated game is scheduled for 15:30 GMT.
