If you’ve been on TikTok lately, you might have come across a trend that sees people confessing the shocking family secrets they uncovered after taking a DNA test.

One man has recently shared his wild story and gone viral as a result.

In a video on the social media platform, Andy Nabil, who posts as @kingnabil69, told viewers how he had always believed he was an only child, but after taking an Ancestry DNA test, found this wasn’t the case.

He explains how his results showed he had a number of siblings, but most surprisingly that his dad wasn’t actually his biological father.

He says: “I took [a DNA test] back in December and I was like, huh, this is kind of weird.

“My dad told me that he was mostly French, English and I was like, ‘That’s strange, I wonder why Ireland is higher than that’.”

He then shows the listed family members on the test results, which have a different man listed in place of his dad.

“Like alright, yeah, that’s my mum. Who the f**k is that? That’s not my dad.

“After a quick Google I find this, which is my sperm donor dad and 15 of my siblings that I didn’t know about partying in Mexico.

“I woke up two days ago thinking I was an only child, and now I find out that I’m the second oldest of 31.”

His TikTok video has since been viewed more than one million times, garnering over 300,000 likes.

In the comments, he goes on to claim that he bought the DNA testing kits for himself and his parents for Christmas – yet they gave him no warning about the results.

But when questioned about his biological father, they confirmed it was all true.

He added that finding his siblings has been the “most amazing experience” of his life.
