Ghanaian musician, Michael Owusu Addo popularly known as Sarkodie has disclosed why he sometimes delay in featuring songs for people.
Speaking in an interview on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Sarkodie said he needs to be in the right mood to deliver well on a song.
He made this statement following artistes who complain when he takes longer time to give them verses expected from him.
According to him, every word in the song must be sensible hence he needs time and the appropriate mood to make it happen.
“I need to get my mind right to jump on a song. Some beats have been with me for like 6 years. The tone and sound of some of them don’t deserve normal lyrics. Every line has to make sense, when it comes making a song…”
