Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organiser of the NPP Kwame Baffoe also known as Abronye DC has sent a strong signal to Kwame Asare ‘A Plus’, the party’s associated musician for the 2016 general elections stating that opposition parties in the country rather need his songs to win power in 2020.

The musician in  three separate posts on his social media page,  attacked the two deputies Chiefs of Staff- Mr Francis Asenso and Samuel Abdulai Jinapor, describing them as not only corrupt but arrogant who have refused to pick calls of party faithful.

Using what many have described as unsavory words to describe the two appointees, A Plus says though the administration’s performance in seven months is commendable, the appointment of the two is below standard and called them as “stupid” and “fools”.

But in a swift response Mr. Asenso-Boakye, who also works as Political Assistant of the President, described the attack on him as “infantile” and “opprobrious rants against my colleague and I, and which also seeks to question the judgment of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo”.

However, Abronye DC commenting on the matter on Asempa FM’s Ekosi Sen Monday could not fathom why the musician is making ugly noises claiming that his song brought the NPP to power when according to him (Abronye) did not even increase the votes in the 2016 elections.

“If A Plus believes he is a musician. Why does his songs fade so quickly? Has he now stopped the music or the pen he used to write the songs have gone missing?

“If he claims his songs can bring a political party to power, then NDC, CPP and PPP needs his help urgently in 2020. He should go sing and bring them to power” he said.

Abronye DC indicated that even party executives such as him are yet to be given the opportunity to perform in the government but are determined to ensure the party and president succeeds in transforming the economy of this country.

“If it isn’t money making him [A plus] disrespect, what will? I have not even received 20 pesewas from any NPP minister of official and you have started misbehaving after being fortunate enough to enjoy more than faithful members” he stressed.
