Ghanaian musician, Kuami Eugene says he would rather live a simple life than brag with his possessions.

The singer has been attacked and mocked on social media on several occasions due to his sense of fashion, but according to him, he will continue to live a simple lifestyle.

He explained that, even though an artiste of his caliber is expected to showcase an extravagant lifestyle, he doesn’t believe in that.

“We are all not the same, some of us don’t want those big chains that will break our necks. Not everyone prefer heavy watches. I want people to watch my video  and want their children to be like me because of my simplicity,” he stated.

The “Angela” hitmaker made this assertion on Asempa FM’s budding entertainment show dubbed “Zoblazo” with host Prince Tsegah last Saturday at 1:30pm.

“I am building a market, brand for myself. I have attached simplicity to it and people should understand that as well. if i feel i have exceeded and it requires for me to dress in a luxurious way, then i do it,” Kuami concluded.
