Brong Ahafo Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe, also known as ‘Abronye DC’ has advised the National Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Adams to report allegations that some items were stolen from seized vehicles to the police and not the media.

The reason, Abronye DC said reporting the matter to the media will amount to nothing hence his call on him to file a report at the police station if he Kofi Adams truly believes some items were stolen from him during the impromptu operation at his residence.

An aide to Kofi Adams, Yayha Ibrahim had claimed in earlier interview that an amount of money was ‘stolen’ from his two SUVs that were seized.

“He (Kofi Adams) had some few monies in his car and some other logistics in the vehicles, which have all been taken away, but according to the police, when they brought it and they took inventory, those things were not in the vehicle,” Mr Ibrahim told Accra-based Class FM.

But Abronye DC queried that: “If someone steals your property we report to the police and not to the media.

He further added that, if Kofi Adams truly believes well the items were stolen why was he fighting solely to regain the possession of the vehicles and immediately after he has ‘conjured’ the matter without any evidence to prove his case.

“So why didn’t he (Kofi Adams) inform the police earlier when we seized the vehicles that he had items in it? If he believes very well he should call on me at any police station and I will report myself…,” he said on Accra based Okay FM.

“You have already got the five cars and celebrated at beer bars. Now you come to accuse me that I have stolen from you…” he added.
