The National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) has also advised the public to use 112 for all disaster-related emergencies.

The release of the emergency contact numbers comes as torrential rains continue to cause severe flooding in several parts of the country, leading to deaths, destruction of homes and businesses, and the displacement of residents.

Authorities have advised residents in flood-prone communities to avoid walking or driving through floodwaters, relocate to safer areas where necessary, and immediately contact the relevant emergency agencies if assistance is required.
