Ghanaian singer Sister Derby did the unthinkable by performing with her ex-boyfriend Medikal live during the maiden edition of ‘Welcome to Sowutuom’ concert over the weekend at Kwashieman Park.
Her presence at the podium elicited loud cheers from the surprised crowd but Sister Derby remained focused and performed with her ex-boyfriend.
Fans did not expect sister of Wanlov Da Kubolor to be present as the duo broke up not long ago after dating for almost four years. Medikal left Sister Derby for Fella Makafui over reasons best known to them.

But, to combat rumours that she was nervous about their joint performance, Fella Makafui took to Instagram and thanked Sister Derby for appearing at the concert.
Part of the caption she posted read: “(Sister Derbyyyy) Keep supporting us.”
Miss Makafui in an interview on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM said she had never been friends with Sister Derby even before she parted ways with Medikal.
