The family of the late Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Sarfo, led by the head of the Kantanka family, Sarah Adwoa Sarfo, has officially informed the Rt. Hon. Speaker of Parliament of the final funeral arrangements for the revered man of God and industrialist.

The delegation, made up of close relatives and church leaders, paid a courtesy call on the Speaker to present details of the burial and funeral programme.

According to the family, the burial service will be held on July 30, 2026, at Gomoa Mpota. A grand funeral service is scheduled for July 31, 2026, at Independence Square, while a second memorial service will take place a week later at Heroes Park.

During the meeting, the Speaker eulogised the late Apostle Dr. Sarfo in glowing terms, highlighting his immense contributions to philanthropy, charity, religion, technological development and agriculture.

He praised the late founder of the Kantanka Group and the Saviour Church of Ghana for his lifelong dedication to national growth and human welfare.

The Speaker also commended the church for establishing a museum in his memory, describing it as a fitting tribute to a man who used his God-given talent to bless the nation.

“The nation has lost a rare gem,” the Speaker said, assuring the family of Parliament’s full support, attendance and participation in the funeral activities.

He further expressed gratitude to God for blessing Ghana with such a visionary leader, whose legacy of faith, innovation and service will continue to inspire generations.

The family, in turn, expressed appreciation for the warm reception and urged the public to join them in celebrating the life and legacy of the late Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Sarfo.
