Head Coach of Ebusua Dwarfs, Bashir Hayford has described the club’s loss to Medeama FC in the group opener of the ongoing GHALCA Top 8 tournament as ‘historic’.
The former premier league winning coach after conceding 6 goals on his first game in charge of Dwarfs pointed out his displeasure at his side’s play and the goal keeping errors he has to address going forward in the competition.
“Dwarfs conceding 6 goals to me will go down in history but we have had difficulties with our goalkeeping department. The goalkeeper had been off for a while and the mistakes were so glaring but it is not something I cannot deal with”, Coach Bashir told the press.
Coach Bashir Hayford who led the Miners to win the 2015 Premier League is on a year contract with Dwarfs after staying off football for a season.
