Traders and commercial drivers at Dansoman Junction have welcomed plans to fix the persistent drainage problem at the busy interchange, with engineers expected to begin work tomorrow.
The traders said the recurring drainage issues, including water leakage, had disrupted business activities and affected sales over time.

They expressed relief over the planned intervention and said they hoped the repairs would finally provide a permanent solution to the problem.
Drivers operating at the junction also welcomed the development, noting that the drainage situation had created difficulties for motorists and other road users.

They appealed to the engineers to ensure the project is completed within the scheduled period to restore normal activities and improve movement around the area.
