A Techiman Circuit Court presided over by His Honor Abraham Graham has sentenced a Chainsaw Operator David Owusu to 10 year’s imprisonment for stealing a Techno Mobile phone valued at GHC150.
Presenting the facts of the case to the court Police Prosecutor, Lawyer Diboro said the convict on June 2 attacked a student of the Wenchi Methodist Senior High School and stole his phone.
He was later arrested and subsequently put before court following which he pleaded guilty and sentenced 10 years hard labour.
