Accra Great Olympics Coach Godwin Attram is ready to quit the Club should Swede trainer Tom Strand be appointed as the new head Coach for the side.

Attram is likely to be re-assigned as the assistant Coach of the side following strings of poor results.

The former Ghana International’s position is likely to be occupied by Strand who have already agreed a two-year deal with the Wonder Club.

Attram insist he will leave the Club should he be asked to work as the deputy of the former Medeama Coach.

”I cannot work with Tom Strand, if I will have to work with him, then I will resign from club both as a coach and player as well, I have communicated my decision to management if they should go ahead with the appointment of Strand as head coach,” Attram said in a post-match interview.

”I believe in what am doing for the club, I’ve learnt from top coaches during my professional career and numerous coaches on the local scene have also been helpful to my course.

”I entreat management to be supportive to my course and hopefully things will get better for Olympics.”

Great Olympics have managed just one win so far in the Ghana Premier League.
