Operations Manager of Aduana Stars, Mr. George Gyawu has stated his side’s readiness to face Libyan side Al Tahaddy in the return leg of the CAF Champions League preliminary stage.
According to him, a lot of parameters have changed from their last meeting in Libya including the Dormaa town folks’ support.
Mr. Gyawu says the club’s maiden participation in 2009 has given them a lot of experience and as such, they have done things differently, irrespective of their loss in the first leg.
“The Dormaa Township have been very helpful and supported the team throughout our preparations. We are ready to face Al Tahaddy this afternoon and we will play to qualify”, he said.
George Gyawu also said the team has evolved and matured over the years, adding that they have an improved pitch and stadium facilities and are therefore advanced in every aspect of the game.
Aduana stars will, this afternoon, play Al Tahaddy in the return leg of the 2018 CAF Champions league preliminary stage at the Osead3y) Agyeman Badu II park.
