Artiste Manager, Nana Asiamah Hanson, known in showbiz circles as Bulldog, has revealed his only criteria to support any party for presidency in the 2020 elections.
Bulldog, who manages Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, said he won’t entertain any government, irrespective of the party, that will come to power and shelve the ‘Year of Return’, ‘Beyond the Return’ initiatives.
He was of the opinion that come next year January 7, a new president will be outdoored whether it is the New Democratic Congress or an Independent party but will surely not be the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Despite his stance on the NPP, Bulldog revealed he will prefer the incumbent government to any other party that has the motive of cancelling the ‘Year of Return’, ‘Beyond the Return’ initiatives.

“For me if another president is going to cancel the ‘Beyond the Return’ initiative they should not come at all; then they should leave our Akufo-Addo for us like that; but if they will continue then we are all for it,” he said on Accra-based 3FM.
He explained the ‘Year of Return’ initiative is one small light in the entertainment sector they want to enjoy, hence his decision to oppose any party that wishes to scrape it and rather support the NPP.
