The Ghana Badminton Federation has officially received its letter of participation from Badminton World Federation (BWF) for the upcoming Commonwealth games in Australia.
Ghana would be participating in the mixed team event of the 2018 Commonwealth Games after placing third in the Africa seeding.
Mr. Yeboah Evans, President of Badminton Federation of Ghana, has expressed excitement over Ghana’s qualification for the event in April 2018.

Mr Yeboah, in an exclusive interview with Asempa FM’s Kobby Stonne, said Ghana got seeded in the mixed team for Africa towards the upcoming Commonwealth Games where Ghana would be playing in the singles and mixed team.
“The good news is that we have been able to get a slot on the management of Badminton in Africa and it marks the progress of the sports in the country” he added
