General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress, (NDC) has questioned the motive behind the consistent attack on Investigative Journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas by Assin Central Member of Parliament (MP), Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.
Johnson Asiedu Nketia is wondering why Kennedy Agyapong could suddenly go about attacking Anas if has nothing to fear.

“What is wrong with Kennedy Agyapong. I really don’t understand his sudden conduct and the unnecessary attacks on Anas. What do you fear Ken? If you know you are guilty in this latest expose, then get ready because we are all waiting to watch it together and the next action,” he said on Accra based Okay FM as monitored by Adomonline.com.
Mr. Agyapong has expressed disgust at the methods used by investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, describing it as unethical.
He also accused the ace undercover journalist of deliberately shielding some of his works because he received money from people he covered.

“It is only when money changes hands that he doesn’t bring it [out]. I’m challenging Anas today. He wanted to bring the NDC government down, but they were smart. They played local politics and were afraid of the guy [but] NPP is not afraid of this man [Anas],” alleged.
Asiedu Nketiah, affectionately called General Mosquito intimated Anas’ latest expose involved some key personalities at the Jubilee House, hence the panic reaction in the NPP.

He said Anas should be lauded for bringing out deeds of some corrupt officials in the Nana Akufo-Addo government.
