A 45-year-old man has met his untimely death at Gomoa Okyereko in the Gomoa East District of the Central region after a moving car crashed him on the Kasoa Cape Coast Highway around 7:30 am on Monday.

In an interview with Adom News, an eyewitness Stephen Kponyo who is a pastor said the man was crossing to the opposite side of the road after he went to ease himself when the incident occurred.

“The man was knocked down by a first car and in an attempt to get him off the road by passers-by; another speeding car ran on his head,” he said.

The body has been deposited at the morgue by the Gomoa Domenase police pending investigations.
