Host of Adom FM’s Entertainment Hall, Michael Boateng, has graduated from African University College of Communications (AUCC).

Mike 2, as he is called in his field of work, earned a Bachelors Degree in Journalism at the institute’s 16th graduation ceremony which was under the theme ‘Solving Graduate Unemployment – The Role of Digital Entrepreneurship.’

Mike 2, who evolved from a barber to taxi driver after completion of Abetifi Technical Senior High School, seeks to inspire the public to be determined in reaching higher heights in life.

Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum, Minister of Education In-charge of General Education, and Member of Parliament for Bosomtwe constituency, who was the guest speaker, stressed on the importance of education in national development.

Delivering his keynote address, he urged graduates to apply their knowledge and skills to make Ghana a better place.

 “The value in the certificate you each hold is in the service you render to Ghanaians, not in the money you amass for your individual selves,” he said.
