The Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet) has predicted thunderstorms and rain of varying intensities over parts of the country this evening and into the night.
In its Saturday evening forecast for 12 September, GMet said mostly cloudy conditions are expected in other areas of the country.
The agency also warned that mist and fog patches are likely to form early on Sunday morning over coastal, forest and mountainous regions.
Slight to moderate rain is further anticipated over some coastal and forest areas during the morning hours.
GMet noted that the sea remains rough and advised the public to stay safe as the current weather conditions continue.
