The Agyenim Boateng Foundation has rewarded winners of the 2026 Meko Bono Hemaa Beauty Pageant held at Atebubu in the Bono East Region.
Speaking after the presentation, the Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer said the gesture forms part of efforts to empower young people and provide platforms for them to showcase their talents.
“We are delighted to support the Meko Bono Hemaa Beauty Pageant and celebrate these young women for their talent, confidence, culture and leadership. Our support is a demonstration of our commitment to empowering young people and providing them with opportunities to realise their potential.”
As part of the support, the CEO presented a 32-inch television set to the winner, a smartphone to the first runner-up and an undisclosed cash amount to the second runner-up.
He congratulated all the winners and participants, stressing the Foundation’s commitment to initiatives that promote youth development.
“We congratulate all the winners and participants. We are proud to be associated with an initiative that gives young people a platform to express themselves, build confidence and inspire others. We believe investing in the youth is an investment in the future.”
The Agyenim Boateng Foundation said it will continue to support programmes focused on youth empowerment, talent development and the promotion of Ghanaian culture and leadership.
