The third edition of the Asempa FM Community Sports Quiz Grand Finale came off on Saturday, May 23, 2025, with Mallam Community emerging champions after a thrilling contest.
The competition, which brought together several communities, saw Kasoa, Mallam, and Accra New Town qualify for the grand finale after impressive performances throughout the tournament.
Following three intense rounds of sports trivia, Mallam secured victory with 68 points to clinch the ultimate prize. Accra New Town finished second with 63 points, while Kasoa placed third with 43 points.
For their triumph, Mallam received a cash prize of GH¢3,000. Accra New Town took home GH¢2,000, while Kasoa received GH¢1,500.
The Asempa FM Community Sports Quiz continues to grow in popularity, promoting sports knowledge and community engagement across the country.
Amasaman Community won the maiden edition of the competition, while Darkuman emerged victorious in the second edition.
The event was sponsored by Sintex Tank, White Temple Agencies Limited, KOJACH, Lawson Herbal Center, and Game Energy Drink.
