Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram, Samuel Nartey George, has graduated from The University of Law with a Master of Laws (LLM) in Professional Legal Practice.

He announced the milestone after participating in his graduation ceremony held at the Barbican Centre.

According to him, he enrolled in the programme in 2023 and successfully completed it in 2025, despite taking a break in 2024 to focus on election campaigns.

He described the academic journey as challenging, noting that he had to balance his studies with the demands of public service and personal life.

The LLM in Professional Legal Practice is designed to prepare candidates for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE), a key requirement for legal practice in the United Kingdom.

Sam George expressed hope that his achievement would inspire others to pursue goals they may have postponed.

He emphasised the importance of continuous learning, stating that individuals may never fully realise their potential until they take the first step.

The lawmaker also expressed gratitude to his wife, family, friends, and his faith for supporting him throughout the journey, describing himself as a committed lifelong learner.
