“In terms of hyping the game, we are not doing it alone but with the GFA and the TV rights holders. We are going to print 700 flags for Hearts of Oak and 700 flags for Asante Kotoko,” Opare Addo said.

He further revealed that the club will reward its loyal supporters with giveaways, including jerseys and match tickets, while football legends from both clubs will embark on a joint media tour to promote the game.

“We are going to give out several jerseys and tickets as giveaways to our supporters. We are also going to make sure that 15 of our legends and 15 legends of Kotoko will move around media houses to promote the game till Sunday,” he added.

Opare Addo also announced plans for a citywide street activation featuring bikers who will ride through Accra with club flags and tickets to heighten the pre-match excitement.
