NSA extends emergency gazette service to Kumasi

The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the extension of its Emergency Gazette Service, in partnership with the Ghana Publishing Company Limited, to the Ashanti Regional Office in Kumasi.

This follows the successful setup of the emergency gazette desk at the NSA Head Office in Accra, which begins operations at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025.

According to the Authority, the expansion forms part of efforts to decentralise gazette services nationwide, allowing graduates in various regions to access the essential service more conveniently.

The gazette service provides a fast-tracked process for publishing changes or corrections to personal details such as names and dates of birth, which are often required for national service registration and deployment.

The NSA reaffirmed its commitment to improving accessibility, enhancing efficiency, and introducing innovative solutions that make the national service process seamless for all graduates.

Further updates on additional regional extensions are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
