Kuuku Dadzie backs Bibiani GoldStars to impress in CAF Champions League

Former Black Queens head coach, James Kuuku Dadzie, is confident that Bibiani GoldStars can make a strong impression in the CAF Champions League.

The Ghana Premier League champions are set to make their debut appearance in the continental competition after clinching the 2024/25 league title — a historic achievement for the club.

In an interview with Asempa FM, Dadzie called on fans and football enthusiasts to look past doubts about the club’s financial strength and instead offer their full support as the team gears up for the African stage.

“Let’s give them the benefit of the doubt. They have qualified as champions and will compete in Africa. I believe it is about preparation and funds. They have the funds, and I believe they will do well,” he said.

As part of preparations for the competition, Bibiani GoldStars are expected to choose either the Accra Sports Stadium or the Baba Yara Stadium as their home ground for the tournament.
