Ghana’s Education Minister participates in CODEWAY EXPO 2025 in Rome

Ghana’s Minister for Education, Haruna Iddrisu, has participated in the prestigious CODEWAY EXPO 2025, an international forum held in Rome, Italy, dedicated to fostering innovative solutions in international development.

The event brings together high-level government officials, representatives of international organizations, private sector leaders, and civil society actors from across the globe.

In a statement, Minister Iddrisu described the forum as “a vital platform for dialogue and collaboration,” emphasizing its role in shaping sustainable development policies through innovation, partnership, and shared experiences.

  

During the expo, Minister Iddrisu held a bilateral meeting with Italy’s Minister of Education and Merit (Ministro dell’Istruzione e del Merito), Prof. Giuseppe Valditara. The two ministers engaged in an extensive discussion focused on the future of education and potential areas of collaboration between Ghana and Italy.

He added that such international engagements are key to strengthening Ghana’s education system and aligning it with global best practices.

Minister Iddrisu’s participation in CODEWAY EXPO 2025 reaffirms Ghana’s commitment to international cooperation in education and sustainable development.
