Delegates in the Cape Coast South Constituency are enjoying free breakfast reportedly provided by incumbent Member of Parliament, Kweku Rickets Hagan.
The breakfast, wrapped in a polybag, consists of bread, milk and a cup.
Mr Hagan is seeking re-election in the ongoing NDC Parliamentary primaries.
